Today, we’re honoured to spotlight Paulette Watson MBE, a global tech disruptor, award-winning author, and passionate advocate for equity in digital education.
Paulette is the Founder and Managing Director of Academy Achievers, where she leads groundbreaking initiatives that empower Black women and girls to thrive in STEM, AI, and Web3. Her flagship campaign, #BeMeDigitalInclusion, has opened doors for thousands, equipping them with skills in emerging technologies like AI, data science, quantum computing, and edge tech.
With a strong background in AI consultancy and executive mentorship, Paulette brings both strategic insight and lived experience to her work. Her book, She Disrupts: A Black Woman’s Journey in STEM and AI Industries, captures her mission to break barriers and inspire the next generation of tech leaders.
Paulette is especially excited about the transformative potential of quantum computing and is deeply committed to shaping a more inclusive, innovative digital future. As a member of our judging panel, she brings critical expertise, bold vision, and a relentless drive to champion excellence in digital education.
