This week, we're proud to highlight Arnida Jahya, a dedicated academic and community advocate with a strong track record in higher education and human resource development.
Arnida is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management, where she not only teaches and mentors students but also conducts impactful research and supports academic and professional development. Her expertise spans training, entrepreneurship, and capacity building skills she brings into every facet of her work.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, Arnida combines rigorous scholarship with real-world engagement. Beyond the classroom, she actively collaborates with government agencies, industry leaders, and alumni networks to drive meaningful change in the wider community.
