This week, we're highlighting Justin Cooke, a long-standing and valued member of the Digital Education Awards Judges Panel.

Justin is a seasoned advisor, investor, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across the media, marketing, and education technology sectors. He founded the global digital agency Fortune Cookie, which he grew to $30 million in revenue before it was acquired by WPP in 2012.
He later joined Northzone, the venture capital firm known for backing companies like Spotify, TrustPilot, and Kahoot. Justin also served as Vice Chair of UNICEF UK and Deputy Chairman of FutureLearn, where he played a key role in a £50 million fundraise in 2019.
His leadership continues across the edtech space, serving on the boards of innovative companies such as Tapestry, Kapow Primary, Digital Theatre, Learning with Experts, Bridge Learning Technology, and Springpod.
Named one of the UK’s top digital influencers, Justin has been featured in the Wired Top 100 and inducted into the British Digital Hall of Fame. He holds a degree in Drama from the University of Manchester and currently lives in Abu Dhabi with his family.
